Product Description
Description:
The PEBA 90A 3D printing filaments feature ultra-high resilience, light weight, excellent impact resistance, and stable performance across a wide temperature range. They are ideal for high-toughness, high-elasticity applications such as sports equipment, medical braces, and flexible industrial components.
Features:
High Flexibility (90A Shore Hardness): Provides soft, rubber-like flexibility while maintaining a structure firm enough to be printed successfully.
Superior Elasticity & Rebound: Parts exhibit excellent elasticity, stretching and bending significantly before returning to their original shape without deformation.
PEBA Material Advantage: Offers better resilience, lower density, and better performance under extreme temperatures compared to generic TPU or TPE filaments.
High Chemical Resistance: Resistant to a variety of solvents, oils, and greases, making it suitable for industrial components and protective equipment.
Low-Temperature Toughness: Maintains flexibility and durability even in very cold environments.
Wide Application Range: Ideal for printing flexible wearables, cushioning components, protective gear, and durable functional prototypes.

Safety Precautions:
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
