This motor set is essential for maintaining the heavy-duty vertical and material-feeding requirements of the Ender-5 Max. The Z-Axis Motor is a robust 42-48 unit responsible for lifting the large cantilevered build plate; its high torque ensures the bed remains stable even when carrying heavy, large-format prints.
The E-Axis Motor is a 42-40 unit designed for the extruder. It provides the consistent rotational force needed to push filament through the long Bowden tube of the Ender-5 Max without slipping or grinding. Both motors feature a 1.8° step angle for fine resolution and are "plug-and-play" with the printer's existing wiring harness.
